Katie Behrens joined McGinity Law Firm in February 2020 as a paralegal specializing in auto-related insurance claims. Having grown up in Covington, Katie graduated from Covington High School and subsequently went on to earn Psychology and Criminal Justice degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University while working at the iconic Northshore restaurant Mattina Bella. Katie is a Louisiana Licensed Private Investigator and now brings her educational background and private investigator’s license to assist individuals in navigating the often complex area of accident loss insurance claims.

Tori G. Moore joined McGinity Law firm in 2022 after relocating from her hometown in Acadia Parish. Tori graduated from LSUE with a degree in Paralegal Studies and went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from LSUS. Prior to moving to St. Tammany Parish, Tori worked more than 10 years as a paralegal in various law firms that handled a variety of legal issues, from family law and estate planning to medical malpractice and personal injury claims. 

In addition to working as a paralegal, Tori is currently pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Southern University Law Center.

Jessica Dares joined the McGinity Law Firm in 2018 as a paralegal and part of the marketing management team. Jessica is an integral part of the McGinity Law Firm team, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm's operations. As a paralegal, Jessica is responsible for providing crucial support to the attorneys, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients.
Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she gained a well-rounded education in a variety of subjects. Additionally, she is currently enrolled in an online paralegal course at Delgado, further honing her skills and knowledge in the legal field.
Prior to joining McGinity Law Firm, Jessica gained valuable experience working in a variety of roles, including administrative assistant and customer service representative. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Louisiana. She is passionate about giving back to her community and is actively involved in various local volunteer organizations.

Lexie joined McGinity Law Firm, LLC in 2019 as part of the marketing management team. Additionally, Lexie handles a variety of legal services for the firm. Lexie was born and raised in Bogalusa, LA, where she graduated from Ben's Ford school, before furthering her education at Southeastern Louisiana University in Kinesiology. Prior to joining McGinity Law Firm, she worked as a leasing consultant in Hammond, Louisiana.
